Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on our website. We recommend that you read it carefully before placing your order.

1. General Return Conditions

The maximum return period is 10 calendar days from delivery.

In all cases, the customer must notify us within 3 business days after receiving the order.

Returns are free of charge for the customer, shipping costs associated with picking up or returning the product are covered by Derma y Láser Boutique.

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products with expired shelf life at the time of delivery.

  • Products different from those requested in the online order.

  • Orders in transit are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds can only be processed once the order has been delivered and, where applicable, returned to our warehouse, or officially declared lost by the courier company.

  • Orders confirmed as delivered by the courier company, including those received by third parties, will not be eligible for refunds, except in cases expressly covered by this policy (shipping error, expired product).

1.1 Responsibility for Delivery and Receipt by Third Parties

For deliveries to hotels, Airbnb properties, residences, offices, reception areas, concierge services, or temporary addresses, the customer is responsible for ensuring their availability to receive the order.
If the order is accepted and signed for by a third party at the specified address, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Derma y Láser Boutique is not responsible for loss, misplacement, or inability to recover once delivery has been confirmed by the courier company.
Orders delivered under these conditions are not eligible for refund or replacement.
This provision applies especially to shipments to temporary addresses, hotels, Airbnb, and reception areas, where responsibility for receipt lies solely with the customer.

2. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification by email.
From that notice, you have 14 calendar days to collect your order in store.

If the order is not collected within this period, it will be automatically canceled and we will proceed with:

  • the issuance of an electronic voucher for the value of the order (recommended option), or

  • a refund using the same payment method used.

To collect the order, you must present the order number and the electronic receipt.


3. Procedure

Please contact our customer service at info@boutiquederma.com within 3 business days after delivery.
Include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by photos or videos as evidence.

Once the request has been validated, we will arrange pickup of the product at no additional cost to you. You may then choose between:

  • Receiving a new product.

  • A refund using the same payment method.

  • Issuance of an electronic voucher for the corresponding value (recommended, as it is faster than a bank refund).


4. Restrictions

  • Returns will not be accepted for “change of mind” or “unexpected results” from the use of the products.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all seals intact and all accessories included.

  • For reasons of hygiene and safety, returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, or tested.

  • Delays caused by the courier company do not qualify as automatic grounds for a refund.

  • Orders delivered to the address provided and accepted by third parties due to the customer's absence do not qualify for refund or replacement.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method as the original purchase, unless the customer chooses an electronic voucher.

Refunds will not be processed while the order is in transit.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier company will only be eligible for refund in the event of a verifiable error on the part of Derma y Láser Boutique.

The validation and verification process of the product may take up to 30 business days.

Once processed, the time it takes to reflect in your account will depend on your bank’s policies.
