Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

We ship throughout Mexico using reliable couriers (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, or others available).

The availability of services and delivery times depends on the coverage of each courier company in the destination area.

2. Order processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the area, carrier logistics, weather, or peak season.

  • Local shipments (Monterrey and metropolitan area): 1–3 business days.
  • Rest of Mexico: 2–7 business days.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Free shipping: on orders over $2799 MXN

5. Express Shipping Availability

Express shipping service is not available in all areas of the country.

In some regions, only standard service is offered, depending on the coverage of the courier company.

The availability of express service is determined at the time the shipping label is generated.

6. Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order on the website of the corresponding shipping company or on the Derma y Láser Boutique website.

7. Responsibility and Delivery

Derma y Láser Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, authorities, weather conditions, high demand, or situations of force majeure.

Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the courier company, Derma y Láser Boutique's responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

This includes deliveries made to third parties, receptionists, or authorized persons at the specified address.

If the customer is not available to receive the order, the courier company may make further delivery attempts or proceed to temporarily store the package at a branch.

During the period of storage at the branch (temporary storage), the customer is responsible for collecting the package within the period established by the courier company to avoid its return to the sender.

7.1 Deliveries to Hotels, Airbnb, and Temporary Addresses

For shipments to hotels, Airbnb, residences, offices, reception areas, concierge services, or temporary addresses, the customer is responsible for:
  • Ensuring their availability to receive the order, or
  • Authorizing the corresponding person or reception area in advance.
If the order is received and signed for by a third party at the address provided, it will be considered successfully delivered.
Derma y Láser Boutique is not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or inability to recover the package once delivery has been confirmed by the courier company.
The customer's absence at the time of delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned for reasons beyond the control of Derma y Láser Boutique (incorrect address, recipient absent, package refused, incomplete information, failure to collect from branch, among others), the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

If the order is returned to our facilities, the customer may request:

  • Reshipment of the product (at an additional cost), or
  • A refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, minus the corresponding logistics costs.
