We ship throughout Mexico using reliable couriers (DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, or others available).

Delivery times

• Local shipments (Monterrey and metropolitan area): 1–2 business days.
• Rest of Mexico: 2–5 business days.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Free shipping: on orders over $2799 MXN

Order processing

• Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track it on the corresponding shipping company's website.
