Advaita Leneda Gel 0.1% is a topical medication with Adapalene indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris with comedone predominance , papules and pustules . It is especially recommended for facial acne , but is also effective when the chest and back are affected . In addition to its action on acne, this gel is also indicated for other dermatoses such as melasma . It works by promoting the normalization of keratinization and cell differentiation, helping to unclog pores and reduce acne lesions for clearer , healthier skin.
