Advaita Leneda Gel 0.3% is a topical medication with Adapalene indicated for the treatment of acne vulgaris with comedone predominance , papules and pustules . It is especially recommended for facial acne , but is also effective when the chest and back are affected . In addition to its action on acne, this gel is also indicated for other dermatoses such as melasma . It works by promoting the normalization of keratinization and cell differentiation, helping to unclog pores and reduce acne lesions for clearer , healthier skin.

  • Increases sensitivity to the sun:It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL to use a dailyBroad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)and avoid direct sun exposure.
  • May cause irritation (redness, peeling, dryness) at first.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, lips, nostrils and mucous membranes.
  • Do not apply to irritated, burned skin or open wounds.
