The SA Smoothing Anti-Roughness Cream is formulated to smooth uneven texture , gently exfoliate, and restore the skin barrier . It combines Salicylic Acid , 10% Urea , 3 essential ceramides , Niacinamide , Hyaluronic Acid , and MVE Technology to deliver long-lasting hydration and visibly smoother, more even, and comfortable skin.

Its keratolytic action helps reduce roughness , decrease itching and redness , and improve areas with keratosis pilaris , without leaving a greasy feeling. It is non-comedogenic , fragrance-free , and suitable for normal to extremely dry skin .
