Lasmaskin 4% Cream by Farmapiel is a topical depigmenting agent formulated with 4% hydroquinone for the treatment of dyschromias with hypermelanosis , such as melasma , pantothenic acid , senile lentigo , freckles and dark spots on the face and body caused by sun exposure , age , pregnancy or inflammatory processes. Its action is to inhibit melanogenesis , reducing melanin production and gradually lightening the spots, without destroying melanocytes or causing permanent depigmentation.
