Clobetasol Propionate (0.044%):It's the main active ingredient. It's classified as a very high-potency topical corticosteroid. It works at the cellular level to suppress the skin's inflammatory and immune response, relieving severe symptoms such as inflammation, redness, and extreme itching.

Apply a thin layer of Pirovate® Cream to the affected skin areas.
Massage gently until completely absorbed.
The application should be done once or twice a day, as strictly determined by the treating physician.
Do not cover the area with occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician.
Treatment should not exceed 4 consecutive weeks without medical re-evaluation.

This productit is not a cosmetic, is a high-potency pharmacological treatment. It is indicatedexclusively under medical prescriptionfor patients (adults and adolescents over 12 years of age) diagnosed withsevere inflammatory skin conditionswho have not responded to lower potency corticosteroids.

It is specific for the treatment ofnon-infectious dermatoses, like thepsoriasis(on localized plates),recalcitrant eczema(severe atopic or contact dermatitis that does not improve),lichen planusanddiscoid lupus erythematosus. Should not be used for general hydration, acne, rosacea, or minor irritations.

Contraindicated in:Children under 12 years of age: rosacea, acne vulgaris, perioral dermatitis, primary skin infections (bacterial, fungal, or viral such as herpes simplex or chickenpox).

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Do not use for prolonged periods (maximum 4 weeks) without medical supervision, due to the risk of adrenal suppression. Discontinue use if irritation, skin atrophy, or hypersensitivity occurs.
