Isispharma URELIA® 50 is an intensive treatment for scaly skin with hyperkeratosis that corrects extreme dryness, soothes irritation, and promotes the elimination of skin plaques. Its formula combines 50% urea with alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) to reduce the thickness of the plaques, along with a patented complex of amino acids and postbiotics that restores the skin barrier and preserves hydration.
