Effaclar DUO+M by La Roche-Posay is a triple-action, anti-blemish corrective treatment formulated for oily and acne-prone skin . Its new Phylobiome technology, powered by microbiome science, acts directly on the C. acnes IA1 bacteria, helping to reduce blackheads , blemishes , and post-acne marks , and preventing their recurrence. It contains 10% Niacinamide , Procérad™ (an anti-dark spot ceramide), and keratolytic agents such as Salicylic Acid , which even out skin tone and soothe inflammation. It provides 24-hour hydration , is non-comedogenic , suitable for children aged 10 and up, and is well-tolerated even as an adjunct treatment alongside dermatological therapies.
